  • 2008 Torbreck Woodcutter's Shiraz 91 Points

Australia, South Australia, Barossa, Barossa Valley

Tasted at the winery. This bottle was already opened, and it was a really nice, balanced wine with flavors of dark fruits and terroir. Other tasting notes mentioned that the wine got better within a few hours after opening, and I suspect we tasted after the bottle had been open a while. Bottom line seems that this wine could use decanting. (Doris 91)
