Yeasty, bready and a little creamy. Pear and apple. Quite austere and a little bitter on the palate. A touch of nut and bread, lemon and sour apple. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 4/6, Finish - 4/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 14/20.
Very bright nose: spices and apples. Very winey. Tart lemon and apples on the palate, spicy. Good vinosity and very focused on the palate. I like this. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 4.5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 16/20.
Very different nose than the others. Yeasty and bubbly, with a very high-toned, sweet and sharp aspect. Candied citrus, sweettarts? Something like that. Really bright and lively on the nose. Plush on the palate with minerals, steel and lemon flavors. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 4.5/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15.5/20.
For me, this was a step up from the previous bottles. Great nose, more complex than the previous wines, more complete: candied fruit, yeast, spice, sharp, lemon, minerals. Crystalline fruit and sweetness on the palate, cidery, apples, bready, sweet fruit. This is really excellent. Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 17/20.
Very bready and yeasty. Lemon, shells and some white floral aspects. Very very young on the palate - almost brutal. Steely lime, stones and shells. This needs time. Nose - 4/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15/20.
