Top burgundy dinner

Seven us brought some of our best burgundies, and very lovely they were too. The reds were surprisingly similar, all showing red fruits, silky textures and exhibiting a restrained grandeur.

  Smooth, glycerine texture, but fresh, powdery, lovely, much more restrained than I was expecting.

  Others found the table pointed out broad sweet bacon fragrance, and they were right. Red fruited, a bit of spice and funk, not as refined as the two preceding wines.
