~ Salade ~
Arugula, balsamic infused melon, candied pecans, goat cheese
Picking favorites I'd say the butternut squash crème brûlée surprised the guests the most - the way you'd like to be: pleasantly.
w/ Ginger, saffron, cilantro, coriander, cumin, paprika drizzle

Crowd pleaser extraordinaire. Delicious green apples, bright, acidic notes of lime, lemons held together structurally in mid palette with good weight and body.
