  • 2011 Sandhi Wines Chardonnay 91 Points

    USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Barbara County

    Notes of flint, mineral, straw, citrus & stone fruit, honey- very complex aromas. Sleek and gliding through the palate with bright notes of citrus, slate and mineral. Subtle spice notes through a nice finish. Very nice.

  • 2010 Sandhi Wines Chardonnay Rita's Crown 92 Points

    USA, California, Central Coast, Sta. Rita Hills

    Straw gold in the glass. Honeycomb and butterscotch is intermingled with orange and lime zest on the bouquet. Silken texture on the palate with hints of earth to go along with citrus and mineral flavors. Balanced bright acid notes and a full fleshy finish. Excellent and should continue to develop.

  • 2010 Sandhi Wines Chardonnay Sanford & Benedict 93 Points

    Light gold in the glass. Hints of creme fraiche & butter toffee, tropical fruit and melon charms the bouquet. Silky & bright palate with earth and mineral influence along with bright citrus & melon and hints of spice. Beautifully sleek on the palate with a full breathy finish. Outstanding.

    Notably bright gold color. Notes of vanilla, nutty butterscotch, creme fraiche, and tropical fruit. Smooth & silky palate with brightness throughout. Plenty of depth. Full finish. Excellent.

  • 2011 Sandhi Wines Pinot Noir 91 Points

    USA, California, Central Coast, Sta. Rita Hills

    Deep garnet in color. Notable SRH notes of earth on the nose along with bright mulberry and raspberry. Mineral and earth notes on the palate along with densely layered strawberry, fig, and raspberry fruit. Sleek rich feel on the palate, juicy acid and polished fine tannin on a lingering finish. Very nice.

  • 2009 Wind Gap Wines Chardonnay Yuen James Berry/Brosseau Vineyards 90 Points

    USA, California, Central Coast

    Notes of earth, straw, honey, spice and stone fruit. Lively and bright with a round creamy texture. The fruit and mineral flavors are subtle and need some time to unwind. Medium finish. Very nice.

    Dense and cloudy in the glass. Notes of rose hips, citrus fruit and slate. Full weight on the palate. Complex spice, earth and mineral notes intertwined with the fruit. Round and polished lingering finish. A big and intense wine. Very nice.

  • 2011 Wind Gap Wines Grenache Sceales Vineyard 90 Points

    USA, California, Sonoma County, Alexander Valley

    Ruby color. Aromas of fresh strawberry and cocoa cloaked in dense earth. Flavors of mulled spice and densely layered cherry and berry notes, along with hints of mineral. Rustic grainy tannins with a degree of finesse. Medium finish.

    Dense ruby color. Notes of ashy earth, fig & strawberry. Layered palate with darker fruits and lots of earthy mineral depth. Some rustic graininess to the fine tannins set against a polished feel and a lingering finish.

  • 2009 Agharta Wines Cabernet Sauvignon White Label Mountain Terraces Vineyard 92 Points

    USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Valley

    Dense and dark in the glass with aromas of dried black fruits, baked earth, tobacco leaf and red tea. Velvety dark red fruit flavors with layered leathery earthy depth. Integrated oak, polished tannins, and lengthy spice-laden finish. Very nice.
