  The wine looks Garnet colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Blackberry, Black currant (cassis), Mushroom, Cedar, and Eucalyptus. The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Satin-like texture. The wine finishes Long. 50% Cab Franc, 25% Cab Sauv, 25% Merlot. Mark's wine(Me). Pablo really liked it, and Jerry(Mr. Cheval Blanc 1982!) said it was the best Long Island wine he had ever tasted.
  From the original Hargrove Vineyard which the Borghese's purchased and renamed in 1999. We toured the North Fork in 2004 when we went to the US Open at Shinnecock. At the time it was by far the most expensive wine we found during our tastings. I bought a bottle, and last night was a good opportunity to try it. Bravo to the Borghese's and Louisa Hargrove. Your wine showed well against World Class competition!
