Let breathe for about forty five minutes. Not quite as over the top with butter and oak as other PM Chards. Nice acidity and a great green and yellow fruit core. Quite tropical with some unique citrus twists - kiwi and sweet lemon. The palate is still very rich and well endowed. Showed just a touch of age but this should be able to gracefully go for at least a decade or so.
Fine pinot. Touches of rustic dirty raspberries, earth and wet moss. The finish is richer and more extracted than I would have thought from a Caillerets but it was very tasty. Though out showed by the others at the table, the wine was medium body with moderate high alcohol. Smooth finish, definitely some earth and funky tones but lots of fruit as a whole.

Man, this is what I absolutely adore about Washington Rhone varietals. So pungent, so much going on in the aromatics. Funky, perfume of sulfur, earth, animal fat and loads of bacon grease. Blood steak, bright but complex berries, pomegranate, and loads of pink rose petals. The palate is long and completely in balance. Such a unique styling, this Cayuse can be called blind in a heartbeat. Really awesome. Consistently a fantastic bottling. Cannot recommend more for those who like this style of Grenache.

Dark dark black cherries and blackberries. Dark mocha and burnt coffee grounds. Lots of creme de cassis. Classic rich dark Napa Cabernet styling at its best. Great mountain fruit without being too liqueured or out of whack. Big extraction on the palate confirming the black fruit, dark chocolate and touches of old leather saddle. Long finish, moderate high tannin, moderate acidity and in balance alcohol.
