Delicious, slight yeast. TINY STREAMING BUBBLES! Pale yellow. I had forgotten how good Cristal can be. I last had it perhaps 35 years ago when it was Bill Woodside's(Chairman of American Can/Primerica) go to Champagne. Luis' Champagne.
