  Delicious, slight yeast. TINY STREAMING BUBBLES! Pale yellow. I had forgotten how good Cristal can be. I last had it perhaps 35 years ago when it was Bill Woodside's(Chairman of American Can/Primerica) go to Champagne. Luis' Champagne.

  The wine looks Ruby colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry, Forest floor, Verbena, and Lavender. The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Polished texture. The wine finishes Long. Everyone IDed it as Cali Pinot, but not necessarily Sonoma. I bought 1@ of the first vintage(2006) of their wines, given Luc's background at Peter Michael. I believe the wines are overpriced, and can't hold a candle to Kosta Browne, Marcassin, Martinelli, Hilliard-Bruce, Talley, etc. Mark's wine(me).

WOTN ROEDERER CRISTAL! 2ndLAFAURIE-PEYRAGUEY. The REDs didn't live up to their exalted ratings. None of them were ethereal or transcendant!
