Blind notes:
young appearance, dark purple
aromas of cola, forest floor, lighter fruit
Fills up the mouth - "WOW" amazing texture, fruit and fine tannins. Long finish.
I guessed it was a high-end aussie 2005 Shiraz

Thin in the glass, bricking
Nose was complete funk. barnyard
Beautiful on the palate - smooth, integrated tannins, mixture of dried fruit and herbs
I guessed it was 1980s Burgundy

Big, thick, rich on palate. very young but lots to like
I guessed it was a 2010 napa cab

tasted blind amongst 7 other top wines including Lafite and two vintages of Penfolds Grange.
Blind notes:
young. aromas all over the map. HUGE in the mouth but in perfect balance and harmony, soft tannins go on forever.
I guessed this was a young bordeaux blend.
I think this is just in a perfect spot right now.

HUGE in the mouth.
Interestingly, this faded in glass somewhat quickly. Still - great, 3rd/6

blind notes - Thin in glass and on nose - lots of funk.
Some acidity mildly harsh. oxidized quite a bit, but still enjoyable.
Faded quickly.
I guessed it was an old cab, 1980's
This is done (dunn) - perhaps a somewhat flawed bottle
