Camille Giroud Dinner with David Croix

The wines were consistently gorgeous and my marks are a bit stingy. The thing is the Cras 2011 was so elegant it was probably my favourite and although the grand crus will doubtless in the time have greater authority and complexity, this isn't being expressed at this stage.
