Apple juice style nose with a hint of glue, pear and sewer. Complex. Pure and clean apple flavors followed by a beautiful expression of complex spices and white pepper. Just a hint of sewer water but overall crisp and pure with still a lot of body. Does however feel a little oxidized due to the age.

Lovely nose of fresh cherries, mint and a little sewer water. Young and intense dark cherry palate but showing a little age yielding some tobacco leaves. Still quite young with a huge tannin structure and a lot of acidity. Long and dry aftertaste.

Dark sweet cherry nose with a touch of vanilla mixed with pine needles and different spices. Nice and complex. Powerful flavors of dark cherry with a lot of acidity and tannins but still maintaining a lovely balance. Good and compact body with big intensity. Great wine.

Beautiful complex nose with plenty of raspberry and red currant fruit mixed with hints of aged meat, herbes des provence spices, dried lavender and smoke. Slightly sweet raspberry fruit on the palate with coffee, blood and some minerals. A lovely acidity with a harsh tannic bite. Some chocolate and tobacco leaves coming through on the medium long and dry aftertaste.
Nose: freshly baked bread, melted butter and a little hazelnut. Palate: lots of melted butter, bread and a little green apple. Lacks a little acidity in the otherwise nice aftertaste. Good wine but the lack of acidity really pulls it down. Bad vintage?
