2012 Blaise Duboux Cuvée Vincent Calamin Grand Cru
Switzerland, Vaud, Lavaux, Calamin Grand Cru
Quite sharp aromatically. Grassy with some ash. Rather energetic, full, and powerful. Almost oily with a creamy mid-palate.

2010 Château Maison Blanche Chasselas Grand Cru
Switzerland, Vaud, Chablais, Yvorne
More honeyed with peaches & cream and orange on the nose. Wow, the palate is totally different from the nose. Brisk and citric. Really lovely, savory. My favorite of the flight.

2005 Domaine La Colombe Raymond Paccot Chasselas Le Brez
Switzerland, Vaud, La Côte, Féchy
A bit more oxidative and full. Heavier. Nutty. My least favorite of the flight.
