opened a couple of hours in advance without decanting. rather quiet showing. somewhat overwhelmed by Chave 03. ripeness of vintage doesn't really manifest itself.

intense mix of honey and citrus with deep underlying flavours that haven't developed fully yet. give it another year or two.
