Time to relax and coravin a new bottle or two.
Initially contained during the second week of January. Strong noose and very enjoyable.
Just picked this up yesterday and thoroughly intrigued want to get a couple more to put away. Hopefully it opens up I'm the palate with more time but the nose is insanely complex.
Always love Pahlmeyer.
Opened sometime last week or so but near the end of its life.
2008 Thelema Shiraz 93 Points
South Africa, Coastal Region, Stellenbosch
Caramel like snickerdoodles, deep Garnett color, berries at end of nose, good finish not short
