    Just five months on oak, delicious ripe black fruit, spices, green apple, hint of tar, good depth, mineral, tight and fresh but with real drive, powerful but lively bitters from the skins, clean flavours, good length.

    Italy, Lombardia, Vino da Tavola

    A blend of Turbiana, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, from grapes dried for 90 days, aged for 12-14 months in barrique, 13% ABV. Rich colour, ripe fruit, tropical, hint of volatile acidity (0.65 gr/l), sweet but really fresh, fleshy mango, concentrated, juicy, medium sweet, attractive bitters, very good intensity and length. Excellent.
