Another project supper with Juanita and Greg...and a new French restaurant.

Flight 1 - With the food... (7 Notes)

We pretty much just tucked into the Chassagne on arrival.

Three cheese souffle, dozen snails, steak tartare, foie gras, duck terrine, dried duck
Mains
Venison, tuna steak, confit duck
Pudding:
apple ice cream, apple brulee, apple crepe

Closing

Great company, great wine, great food. the Elk Cove was wine of the night. Mind you, I pulled out the wrong Elk Cove from the cellar...oops
