Very intense peach and pineapple fruit but also with a good minerality to balance the evident sweetness.
A touch of spices coming through but mostly freshly ground white pepper. Long and impressive aftertaste and overall a very good structure.

Cool and smokey white peach flavors with a complex floral impression which really impressed me.
Long and cool refreshing aftertaste. Simply a beautiful wine.

Popcorn, butter and caramel dominate the flavors but also some alcohol seems a bit to prominent.
There is a good acidity and also some butterscotch. The impression is very dense and sweet and seem to almost be a little affected by Botrytis?
However, after the reveal, it was obvious that this wine was simply not decanted which was a bit flaw. It needs at least 1-2 hours in the decanter to really open up.

Powerful flavors of pineapple, coconut and a touch of oak.
The aftertaste is incredibly long and very spicy and packed with impressions like smoke, coffee and chocolate.
There is still an insane balance due to the acidity and minerality which makes it fresh and very easy to drink.
Impressively intense and just a huge wine.

Wild and intense flavors of buttered popcorn, pineapple and some oak influence.
There is a little sulfur coming through and also a touch of alcohol but some decanting should handle this.
Lovely acidity and minerality balances the wine nicely. Very impressive.

Elegant cherry fruit and a little dirt with a touch of bitterness. A little "plain" and boring. Lacks flavor depth and intensity.

Funky, mushrooms, dirt and slightly green with a touch of bitterness.
A nice wine but nothing exiting.

Dense and flabby dark plum fruit. Some dirt and coffee and overall a bit off balance.
This bottle should clearly have been decanted which was a big mistake by the restaurant serving this blind.

Very dense and heavy fruit that seems a little boiled. There is some VA but also coffee. Could be defective but with air it opens up.
This bottle should clearly have been decanted which was a big mistake by the restaurant serving this blind.

Rich and creamy dark cherry fruit. An okay wine which is not acceptable when looking at the label.

Tobacco and leather with a touch of acidity.
Old wine with a very short aftertaste. Slightly boring.

Dense and rich blackberry fruit with a good structure. Actually a very nice wine but the alcohol is really dominating and lacks a little acidity.

Very rich and compact dark fruit. A nice wine but it is over the top in extraction.
Disappointing when looking at price and label.

A little green apple fruit but mostly macaroons and cheese but also a lot of mushrooms and caramel.
A crazy acidity really makes this very enjoyable. Great wine.

Incredibly fresh and intense but it is also very closed when it comes to the aromatics.
Piercing acidity and some bitterness and it really needs a lot of time to open up.
It is however still evident that this is a huge wine!! Just needs time.
