A great tasting of many profound wines that my notes seem so scarcely to even touch on never mind describe. Apart from the fortifieds my WsOTN were the Baron de Chirel 2004 for its very classy oak treatment and the Pingus 2006 for its superb balance. The El Nido 2006 was just OTT at the moment anyway.
1999 Gramona Cava Celler Batlle Brut Finca Font de Jui
