2005 Ashbrook Sémillon

Too much Sulfer unfortunately on the nose. Showing some oak work in the body but needs to blow off abit. Give it 2-3 years.

2003 Ashbrook Chardonnay

Very nice oak integration. Excellent body and will show very well in a couple more years. Excellent.

Excellent. Very well balanced. Well suited to it's price bracket. Will be very interesting to see in a couple of years.

Well balanced with lots of flavour and depth. Larger percentage of Sauv Blanc obvious on the nose. Drink now.

2004 Plantagenet Riesling

Disappointing unfortunately, was expecting abit more. Full of flavour bit lacking decent acidity. More of a drink early style, or perhaps a flat bottle.

Outclassed in it's price bracket. Huge nose which promises much, but the palette undelivers. Uneven large bubbles don't help.

Sauvignon-blanc Semillon. Good but showing lots of dominant capsicum flavours on the nose and into the palette. Would probably blow off with some time.
