More asparagus and gooseberry than the Elgin SB. Still good but def more of the new world.

This was better the Verg. SB. More class and refinement. Notes more orchard than tropical - showing cooler Elgin terroir. Good; Good value too.
Rather good. Some greenness, but more new world menthol than usual underripeness. Sophisticated and full but not heavy. Less of the obvious tobacco/cigar box-iness that can be tiresome. Very good for the year.
Lovely essence of baked earth and garrigue and a lip-smacking savoury palate. How good is this stuff?! Drinking well now. Why wait?
