Some recommend buying a case of Bourgogne for cellaring. I've liked the "05 Jadot about as much as any I've tasted, and, at $14, it's not a bad buy. Whether it's a good one for cellaring, I don't know. Any thoughts on this?

Try these if you can find them:
1) Jean-Marc Bouley Beaune Hautes
2) Louis Latour Santenay
3)Lignier-Michelot Bourgogne

All are decent drinkers, reasonable price.

Would not cellar any generic Bourgogne longer than 5yrs. Drink these while waiting for your nicer Burgundies to mature.
