It may be that this horse has been beaten before (and I am happy to be referred to a previous post), but I am curious regarding your opinions about the accuracy of WineBid.com's price estimates. Sometimes the prices are very far off a simple modal price generated by a WineZap, Vinquire, or WineSearcher search. I realize that no system can be perfect (and that I am much more likely to drink my cellar than I am to sell it); nevertheless, "inquirinng minds want to know".

Cheers,

John

WineBid only updates quarterly, and if you have a unique wine that they haven't offered recently, their numbers may be way off.  It is the lazy man's way of  cellar evaluation.  If you want to bother inputting the latest valuations, you have to constantly visit wine-searcher.com.
