What's the difference? It would seem that Bergerac by default designates a red wine. Bottles of white are always labelled "Bergerac Sec" and pinks are always "Bergerac Rosé" (at least the ones I've seen) making this a clear case of "exceptio probat regulam in casibus non exceptis" (the fact that certain exceptions are made confirms that a rule -- in this case the wine is red -- is valid in all other cases). Bergerac Rouge may be used in commercial documents (like the Belingard website), but the labels of a Bergerac red seem to consistently omit the "Rouge". So why both?
