I wanted to be able to visualize when I was drinking wine over time so I put together a way to get my CellarTracker consumption data into my calendar application. I'm using Yahoo Pipes, which lets you pull in data from the web, manipulate it, and then republish it as a feed (or in this case, in the iCalendar format). If you have a CellarTracker account and use either Google Calendar, iCal on the Mac, Outlook on Windows, or any other calendar application that supports the iCal format then you can use the Pipe I created. To try it out, go to: http://pipes.yahoo.com/tommyvernieri/ctconsumption Run the Pipe and then click More options. Right-click on Get as iCal then click Copy Link Location or Copy Shortcut. Go to Google Calendar and click Add then Add by URL. Paste in the address you just copied and click Add. Let me know what you think. [Cross posted on the WLTV Forums.]
