Status: offline 		the wife and i were hopping through the world market
this past weekend and grabbed a medium dark chocolate brix bar
we were intrigued by their slogan "Chocolate for Wine Lovers"
the regal looking ribbon/label had many of the wines we had in hand
listed as prime pairings...



so here we are at home... chiseling away at this brick of chocolate
popped a couple chucks in our mouths
and stared at each other with a puzzled look
and almost in unison said ... chocolate easter bunny lol
because that's exactly what it tastes like

any wisdom on chocolate pairings?
i'm all ears...
after this direct miss i don't know who to trust

11 yrs this past july

thank you for the warm words

and you sharing your research on the molecular vitriolic relationship
between the Jamaican cocoa bean and the Alaskan red grape
i found this to be particularly insightful... keep up the good work
