Hope you all have a good one, I don't expect you to waste to much time posting today - go enjoy the parties.

Parties!? I have my daughter in town for the holidays,
I'm taking her shooting for the first time.

The wife of my classmate  did pretty well two weeks ago!

Parties!?

Me neither, Serge.  For the 19th year in a row, I work 3 consecutive nights over the 4th of July.  Pyro displays across Southern California, including the Rose Bowl, Hollywood Bowl,  Riverside/San Bernardino, Disneyland  -  that's me launching 6" shells 700 feet in the air.  Could bring some to CellarPalooza but I think TSA would have something to say about it.
How would you like to be in a business where 75% of your annual income happens on one day of the year?  That's pyro

Fingers, I would LOVE to be in this kind of business!!!! It wouldn't interfere with my retirement!
Have fun, man, I'll think of you when I see those balloons on TV the next time.

Just think on the bright side--you make people Ooooooh and Ahhhhhh in orgasmic unison.  I don't know anyone else who can do that.

I'm on call...my party will be subdued and interrupted by sick calls.  Free advice for CTers this weekend!

Can't complain, though, its off to Oregon on Monday...

Perfect 4th in Oregon!  The California smoke went somewhere else, perfect temperature, great pork ribs, fresh salmon, tons of illegal fireworks and six wonderful bottles of 2006 Oregon Pinot Noir.  This is as good as it gets here.
