On the back page '15 Years ago in Decanter'

Steven Spurrier exhorts investors to 'forget the vintage, buy the brand' and plump for top brands such as Mouton or Grange, and not vintages such as 1982.

I wonder what's worth more now - most 1982's or a 1981 Mouton or Grange.......mmm?

And what would you rather drink?  At least they had the humility to print it!

Well, there's loads and loads of ****ty wine from 1982. It doesn't really make sense to buy a vintage period. One needs to narrow things slightly. (Heartbreakers still comes to mind "How about an '86 Merlot"). If I should choose between a random 1982 wine, and a mouton 1981 - I'd go with the Mouton.

Denmark's censored or CT's censored?

I assume, it being decanter from 1983, that it was related to the 82 futures.

CT is censored. In Denmark we can say or write anything execpt racist comments or slander. (We're not electronically censored - someone has to report it to the police "manually"). BTW. Look out for another cartoon-crisis.

Wow, I didn't realised.  Am used to the great chinese firewall, although outside it (for now) in HK, but didn't realise we had to watch our P's and Q's on here.  Now I'm wondering what words aren't acceptable.....

It just asterisks (*) out the naughty letters. s hitty (without the space) becomes ****ty (see my post above). But I thought about making a list of all my four-letter words and see what it does. And then see if there's some code I could insert in order to fool the program. But I'm not sure Eric would like that very much. So **** it.

He, he. You can read it if you quote the post. So it actually saves the text and doesn't alter it - instead it actively blocks out the naughty terms pageload by pageload.
