Someday I need to hire a product manager. Once upon a time in 2005 I had a PR firm, but that didn't pan out in the least. Today when I had some spare time I finally caught up with my list of various press clipping, blog mentions etc. There were actually a lot more than I expected.
It's always a fun exercise to Google yourself. I found a whole lot of things that I had never seen before.

When I do that I find some opinions about myself ranging between:
"Nobel Prize material to Mass Murderer"
Don't you love Internet?

I tend to get a lot of Ron Jeremy links when I do that.  So I guess that's good and bad.

Eric,

Sounds like you are surprised to find when CT has been mentioned/discussed in the press.  Do most of these authors/writers not contact you before the site is mentioned?  I am surprised at that they don't contact you when they are running something discussing the site.

Most of the articles do involve some contact. What I found is that there are more and more blog writers out there who are doing reasonably in-depth reviews of their experience, adding screenshots, writing about site changes etc. What surprised me is that it had been so long since I did a comb into one list that the overall number of articles far exceeded what I expected. I found a few more today that I will upload soon.
