Entering some new purchases I found a few more dupes:

2005 Estancia Meritage has 2 entries for the same wine. One has 'reserve', one doesn't. But they are the same bottle, given the pricing, label photo, and blend makeup.

2006 Louis Bernard Cotes du Rhone. After doing a search, 3 different wines come up for the village designation bottling.
