The recent mailer from Manfred announced that the 2005 "The Straw Man" is now Marsanne, from Beckmen Vineyards in Los Olivos, and not made from Semillon as in past vintages. Others have duplicated prior Semillon vintages to create an erroneous entry in the database.

What does a merge mean? When I just added these I noticed that the Semillon is still listed in the wine list...

Merged AGAIN. Someone RECREATED a wine in the old definition on 6/3 despite the fact that it already existed. I suspect this is going to keep happening for a while...
