Pretty funny, but why not?  As long as it get's delineated between wines & spirits with icons, etc that clearly point it out.  Beer is kept in cellars, too.

water?  Think Pinot44 is going a little overboard

CT is also well suited for gasoline. Vintages could reflect octane ratings. (Unfortunately, US and European units do not match).

Where are the tasting notes?? Clear color, very smooth, light body, probably good with food.

Haha, there are tasting notes / reviews for bottled water swimming around the internet mind you. I was actually looking out for tasting notes on the kitchen sherry!
