That was amazing!  After 20 seconds or so, I trained myself to read at nearly normal speed and comprehension.  I do believe that the context of a sentence makes a difference though.  If the words were mixed up so there was not sentence structure or message, the mind cannot help anticipate the word.  So, on Wheel of Fortune, the most important letters to know are not vowels or consonants but the first and last letters of each word.
