Particle Accelerator Wine Age Verification

I guess if you have the money to buy those older wines, you probably have a particle accelerator in the garage. Maybe Eric can add a new field on the database for Non-Destructive Testing Method.

Hope it doesn't sterilise the wine (as with electron beam)?

The problem is it only tests the age of the bottle. Nothing to stop the unscrupulous types from filling old bottles with a different wine. That being said its another tool to combat fraud.

Now if only I had the funds such that this actually made a real difference to me...
