There are a million articles out there presenting research results about red wine consumption, and they all report the same: "Consuming one to two glasses a day will improve your health, but more than that is harmful".

Almost all wine enthiusiasts I know have the pattern of something between 0 and 2 glasses a day between Monday and Thursday, and then between 5 and 10 glasses a day between Friday and Sunday.

It is about time someone researches that pattern and tells us how that affects health.

I watched a discussion on TV with cardiologist. He spoke about positive impact of red wine on heart's health and prevention of heart attack.
And then he was asked whether is it possible to replace red wine with red grape juice. And he replied: "NO! Red wine only!"
