There are a million articles out there presenting research results about red wine consumption, and they all report the same: "Consuming one to two glasses a day will improve your health, but more than that is harmful". Almost all wine enthiusiasts I know have the pattern of something between 0 and 2 glasses a day between Monday and Thursday, and then between 5 and 10 glasses a day between Friday and Sunday. It is about time someone researches that pattern and tells us how that affects health.
