Hi,

This seems so simple, I hope this isn't user error on my part. If it is please tell enlighten me. My current process for adding wines and printing labels is...

-Add wine + details
-Click Save and Done
-Click Edit my x bottles
-Select only the newly added bottles if previous entries exist
-Click Print Barcode Labels
-Click Print x Labels

I'm thinking it would save several steps and prevent accidental reprinting of previously added bottles if, in addition to "Save and Done", we had a "Save Done & Print" button that defaults to printing only the newly added wines.

Keep a second browser tab open to your list of unprinted labels. Add your wines. Switch tabs. Refresh. Print your labels.

Oh I didn't realize there is a page/view listing of unprinted labels. I'll look for that. Thanks!

In the barcode printing dialog look at the lower right where it says CUSTOMIZE IN LABEL VIEW.
You can also get there from ADVANCED SEARCH.
