Loved the shot of the recycle bin.

The photos are great.  What a wonderful time everyone must have had.  Sorry to have missed it - the first one will always be the most memorable.

Maybe next time--NYC!

How about the list of wines?  Any progress?

Was I mistaken or did I drink some LLC?  What year?  And I was right when I guessed right bank!  You guys were messin' with me

LLC would have been 94 and left bank.  so does that make you 50% correct?

There was something St.-Emilion there, right?  I remember seeing that on one label (not the LLC) and not recognizing the Chateau.  Perhaps it was after too much Burgundy :)

I brought the LLC, 1994.  Hope you enjoyed.

I'm workin on the list as we speak--be patient as I am trying to use links with the wines.  It'll probably take me a couple of days.

What was that big Pinot from Friday night, Rob?  Was that yours?  The only thing I remember about it was that it was VERY different from the "normal" Pinot (maybe it WASN'T a Pinot!) and that it said "Dark" or "Heavy" something on the label..

How's that for vague?

I do remember Rob commenting on it, so I hope he remembers..  There were so many good wines there that night!.

I remember that wine.  It was indeed a pinot and it was very BIG.  I remember commenting that it tasted like  it was blended with a syrah or petite sirah.  Rib brought that one and I'm sure that he'll remember it.  He was pouring it in the kitchen.

My wife and I had a great time as well. Great group of people and a fun line-up of wines.

I never wrote a card for the stuff I popped, and not sure if anyone wrote everything down from the actual bottles, but if you're compiling a list I popped:

2000 Raveneau Butteaux
2001 Corte Riva Merlot
2005 SQN Atlantis Syrah

I was wondering where that SQN came from.  It didn't even show up until much later in the evening.   Thanks for bringing it out.

Justin, you read my mind.  I was going to email you about your wines today!  It was great to meet you and Zoe.  Thanks for bringing a great line-up of wines.  You singlehandedly knocked off a few firsts for me--Raveneau, SQN Syrah--Thanks!  I look forward to seeing more event notes from the Seattle tasting group.

Clearly, I am way behind the rest of you on this thread ... it's taken me a whole week to get the pictures from our Seattle event posted for all to see.  Making this all worthwhile is what appears to be the one picture that was taken from Eric's on Friday.  But don't get too excited ... it's just a quick photo I snapped from his deck of that beautiful sunset over the Sound. :)

http://picasaweb.google.com/VinoAddict/CellarTrackerWeekend2008#

While I'm at it, I want to add my "thanks" to all who made this event a success ... especially Eric and Craig.  It was nice to finally connect names with faces, and it was great to meet everyone in-person.

For those who enjoyed the Oregon Pinots: Be sure to drop a line next time you visit Portland so we can have a CT reunion in Oregon Wine Country (where else would you expect the CellarTracker crew to meet up? :)

Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

1.  Image must be uploaded somewhere so you have a link to it.  In this case it was uploaded to that google photoalbum thing.
2.  Get link to the image and then in your post click on that little 'add image' icon.
3.  Insert URL to image in little popup box.

I just upload images to my website, like this one, which probably is what Craig looked like on Saturday morning.
