Status: offline 		I think you guys sorted this out yourselves.  In other words, write some notes on memorable wines, but don't let it get in the way of having a good time.

Bring a card with the info on the wine and the person who donated it and we can compile a list afterwards.

I'll start a new thread for those who want to tell us their wine ahead of time, and I'll keep an ongoing list.  It may help to categorize wines at different tables so a more orderly progression may ensue if desired.  I just do not want people to feel obligated to announce their wine ahead of time--some may be making a last minute decision, and that's ok.

Keep the suggestions, ideas coming!

Status: offline 		If it were, it would be a lot closer to me.  But then I would have wasted an airline ticket.  Try flyng to OKC sometime.  Oops!  I probably  pissed off Seanr7.  That is a dangerous thing to do.  He has far more practice than I.  He has been doing it since 1971.

I have you down for 2.  Thanks for the offer for help.  Will likely need some help with logging wines as they come in--possibly volunteers to help pour at the various tables.  I'm going to try to make some sort of organizational scheme with our space as the time draws nearer.

Of course, morbid curiosity dictates that I see the outcome.
