Apes, this was addressed 20+ posts ago: http://www.cellartracker.com/forum/fb.asp?m=25231 2) doesn't matter what we do, the wines won't taste the same for various reasons: A. all bottles were stored and transported at different temperatures B. all glasses are different, all serving temperatures are different, all acompanying snaks are different, the palates are different. There are reasons why 20 people on CT tried wines and they came up with 20 different notes. quote:
