If we're considering South African wines, we should also consider New Jersey wines. There's nothing quite like a Bayonne Beaujolais.

I also hear that Mississippi has some fine pinots.

I have a few bottles of the 01 left and agree. If you haven't had a S. African you like try the Meerlust.

Just got home so a little late to comment.

Can second the Meerlust, especially the 01. Am also a little worried that I have a repuatation in the Jaines' household now, will have to watch my step!
