Ha, Ha Paul.  I am an unabashed Francophile (even in regards to their healthcare system) with 438 bottles, or nearly 74% of my collection.  Not all of us over here are xenophobic...

Status: online 		So what stoked that, Craig?  Was it a sudden first taste of it at some point?  Do you remember the first time you tasted and what wine it was?  Is it because of reputation or did you kind of gradually work your way into it?  Just curious.  Somehow, I feel you may have answered this in another thread, but it always seems like there's a defining moment in discovering Bordeaux.  I remember mine, but I don't remember the Ch or yr.
