This is 99% spot on , but being from the midwest originally, I still harken back to a draft or longneck of Pabst Blue Ribbon.

After the initial responses, bourbon seems to be the most polarizing item in this entire list.
Some clever person out there needs to flesh this out more ... I'm too tired to do the analysis.

Short of porto, any other favourite accompaniments to cigars?
Paul S. mentioned old sauternes ... have never tried this.

Can't help with something to go with cigars, but Port and dark chocolate were made for each other.
