v3.10.6

This was a relatively minor release with a few odds and ends:

I recreated the replication snapshot which I have been using for the past 6 weeks to help work around some issues I was having when making database changes.
At the same time I took the opportunity to rebuild the full-text indexes on both database servers both for performance and consistency. (Guests had some issues with single character full text searches.)
I rewrote some of the functions that generate lists of producers and varietals (mainly used on the wine editing screens) so that they should hopefully perform better under heavy server load.
I added a link on the press page to a new article: http://www.cellartracker.com/press.asp
And finally a new feature. If/when you are looking at another user's cellar, there is now a tri-state toggle whereby you can see all the wines, just the wines you have in common with this user, or just the wines you do NOT have in common. I added links to this on the user profile pages as well
I also took the opportunity to apply some Windows updates and reboot the main database server.
