This is a small checkin with some basic fit and finish.

Alright, now there is very basic validation for new wine creation along with feedback on fields that need to be filled out. At this point pretty much the entire site has validation of data entry now along with friendly & informtative feedback. Whew!
If you fail to fill out the vintage I no longer default to non-vintage and rather raise a validation error for the user to correct.
PRINTLABELS.ASP had a bug where purchase info coudl occasionally be repeated from a prior label.
Copyright notices have been cleaned up per advice from counsel.
