More fit and finish.

Following up last night's validation changes for EDITWINE.ASP, tonight I added even more rigorous validation. Now I look for specific lengths on all incoming fields, appropriate values for vintage, and I even ensure that no one adds a varietal which is already an appellation.
In order to make the site more Mac friendly (and consistent with the Windows appearance), I switched over from using font sizes in points to instead use pixels.
