This is just a trivial release while I prepare a much more substantial set of changes.

FIT AND FINISH
When adding a new purchase for the very first time, "Cellar" will always show up as a possible inventory location. This fixes a bug where adding your very first purchase is blocked if you have never added inventory. I also added a new edit control on the PURCHASE.ASP page so that you can add new locations from there.
