Very minor changes tonight.

FIT AND FINISH

The page for editing consumption records now validates that future dates are not entered and that modification requests involve at least one changed field.
When drilling down to edit inventory, the default is now to modify inventory records rather than to drink them.
I fixed a syntax issue on PICKPRODUCER.ASP that would only show up on a PocketPC.
