DATABASE HYGIENE
(1) Now for each wine you can specify whether to display the varietal and appellation using the current rules (which are country based), only showing the varietal, only showing the appellation or showing both. These new options are useful for certain situations where a wine bucks the trend such as an old-world wine that shows the name of a specific varietal (Falesco Merlot) or a new world wine that shows the appellation (Dunn Howell Mountain).
(2) I have removed the ability for users to add new wine types or varietals in preparation for some database cleanup. Going forward, people will have to email me with requests for new varietals.

I have done quite a bit of data scrubbing with more to do to use this new option properly, and it works very well.
