Just some 'behind the scenes' tweaks I made on Friday evening.

FIT AND FINISH
(1) Some more tweaks to the new add/edit page to properly show the sorted producer value for the current selection.
(2) I created a new admin page to allow me to more easily update producer names and sorting behavior instead of having to futz in the database.
(3) Minor updates to my batch updating SPROC to allow editing of the AppVarOptions.
