BARCODE LABEL PRINTING
More cleanup of the label printing:

Now the community average is shown on the barcode labels if no other drinking window is specified.
The preview and print buttons are disabled if the filter returns no results.
I added the option to output the selected label set as CSV (comma separated values). I confirmed that this output can be saved as a text file and used for Word mail merge pretty well. I will build on this in the future to enable label output for non-Dymo devices and on the Macintosh.
When looking at your all-labels view, the unprinted labels now sort to the top.

FIT AND FINISH

My utility for cleaning unused items from the database now will leave the varietal list alone unless I explicitly purge from it.
The new SubRegion/Appellation drilldown now offers underlying support for filtering to a specific SubRegion or Appellation.
When posting a single note to eRobertParker, I used to auto-populate a subject. I made this a little smarter to include "TN: " at the front and to only include the local info if it will fit.
