BETTER REPORTING

I enabled keyword-based searching of the Pending, Purchase and Consumption reports.
The Advanced query page now has a keyword edit control, so you can also do keyword searches there.
I cleaned up price-based searching and expanded it to a number of the reports.
You can now filter by bottle size in all of the main reports. I added a bottle size summary view.
The web query view now suppresses currency to avoid locale problems with Microsoft Excel.
The advanced query view now always shows the logged in users. For anonymous users they used to not be able to construct advanced searches on their own cellar.

DRINKING WINDOWS
The legacy per-bottle drinking window has now been moved to a separate table. The UI for adding and editing inventory no longer shows this old DrinkBy value. The Individual Bottle (inventory) view now shows the new drinking window.
